Parkside is a gated community next to one of the larger parks in Summerlin.  This all Pulte community is highly desired for resales and is a townhome community.  It has a nice fitness center plus a pool with spa.  These are duplex homes in that each home is attached at the back to another townhome but no attachment is present on the sides of the homes.  From the front of the home it looks like a single family detached home which is part of this community's great appeal.
