Palazzo Las Vegas Condos

The Las Vegas Palazzo luxury residential condos will be ultra luxury and aimed at residential buyers around the world. The luxury condo tower will be approximately 632 feet high (50+ sotires) on top of the Barney´s department store located at the tower´s base.

The luxury condo tower is projected to only have a limited number of approximately 422 luxury residential condos in the tower. Prices are expected to start over $1 million but have not been officially announced at this time. According to Sands Corp, the average size of the luxury condo will be approximately 2,400 sq feet but that is unconfirmed and under developer control, not Luxury Realty Group´s control. We usually do not quote sq feet as it is known to change from sales to final delivery for new construction.
