Nicholas’s journey in hospitality continues into real estate with the same mission: to provide world class service and experiences in every interaction. His dedication to detail, honesty, and in-depth knowledge of Las Vegas real estate aligns with the mission of Luxury Realty Group, and ensures that integrity remains the core of our brokerage. Nicholas plans to help continue to distinguish us from our competitors by striving to make every transaction the most informative and personalized real estate experience that Las Vegas has to offer.
The biggest obstacle our new Broker Salesperson has faced in prior roles was that big companies do not take enough pride in the final product they deliver to their customer and finds that they are willing to sacrifice quality and reputation for profit. Nicholas firmly believes that combining a robust work ethic with the highest quality of products and services always yields the best short and long term results. He feels our commitment to a boutique experience for every client is a standard that aligns with his own.
Nicholas hopes to bring his own influence to Luxury Realty Group in a few ways. He represents the newest generation of homebuyers: Millennials. He believes that this is an underserved market for real estate services and wants to bring his experience as part of this generation to the table to cater to this new and emerging market’s needs. He also looks to expand on the 20+ years of industry knowledge and experience that Broker/Owner Bruce Hiatt delivers to not only make every transaction informative, but to also bring the client knowledge on the unique characteristics and history of every home.
