Platinum Las Vegas Condos for Sale are located adjacent to the Las Vegas Strip. Platinum was built in 2006 and has 256 units with sq foot ranges being approximately 739 to 2,194 sq. ft. We believe with the Raiders stadium, demand for Las Vegas hotel condos will increase.
All hotel condos are sold as vacation units and not as investments. Sellers are not obligated to provide rental history as that could be construed as a forward projection of investment return.
The majority of the Platinum hotel condos are one bedroom, furnished and a limited number of two bedroom units exist.
Platinum condo units can be placed into the hotel rental program or you can use an outside rental service for additional cost.
Similar to other Las Vegas hotel condos such as Palms Place, MGM Signature and Vdara, the Platinum condos can be occupied full-time as a residence.
