There are four distinct types of Affinity condominiums:

Savu are triplex homes that look like carriage style townhomes. The Savu condominiums have two to three bedrooms and a two-car garage.
Revo condos have triple level duplex designs. Revo floor plans have varying layouts and most include a third-floor loft and deck. These condominiums have three to four bedrooms and are the largest of all the condo types at Affinity. All Revo condos have two-car garages.
