Reverence has six distinct neighborhoods with four of them guard gated.  A mixture of home types and styles will traverse each neighborhood. The following legend will show the various collections and which neighborhoods will have them:

Outside the Guard Gate:

  • Keystone – Collection I and II Homes
  • Hillcrest – Collection II Homes

Inside the Guard Gate:

  • Collection III type homes which will consist of single story homes with approximately 2100 to 2400 square feet per the developer.  Collection III homes will exist in the Granite Hills, The Terrace and Ascension neighborhoods.
  • Collection IV will have a mix of single and two-story homes with approximately 2600 to 4000 square feet per the developer.  Collection IV homes will exist in the Copperhead and Ascension neighborhoods.
  • Collection V will have an executive type home style and approximate square footages will range from 4300 to 4800 square feet per the developer.  Collection V homes will exist in the Copperhead, The Peaks and Ascension neighborhoods.
  • Collection VI will be built on sprawling lots with approximately 3400 to 3900 square feet per the developer. Collection VI homes will exist in the Canyonside, The Point, The Peaks and Ascension neighborhoods.  Since the initial release of Collection VI homes in June, 2017, as of September 29, 2017 this collection of homes has seen the most significant price increase of all the Reverence Collections.  Collection VI to date has seen an aproximately $60,000 increase in the base price of the homes in this collection.

No doubt the mixture of Collections will present a diverse set of architecture and styles to each neighborhood in Reverence.

Planned Amenities include:
