• Public remarks: Inside the guard gates of the ultra exclusive enclave of tournament hills lies this designer finished, single story custom home. attached to the premier country club tpc summerlin, tournament hills is one of the only custom home neighborhoods filled with greenery and tree lined streets making it a welcome oasis from the desert that surrounds the city. acclaimed design firm maison chamberlin was contracted to create the ultimate in elegant and contemporary spaces. the floor plan has been opened to feel grand yet intimate at the same time. the finest finishes like genuine calcutta marble, bertazzoni italian appliances, multi stack doors and natural oak wood floors were all used with no expense spared. an expansive primary suite is reminiscent of the finest hotel rooms in the city. the design team wanted to usher a feeling of calm and peace, a mixing of today and times past so an ancient building technique called tadelakt was used in a secondary baths to feel like a roman steam.
